Inside of /etc/nf, add this: inethttpserver port 9001 username user Basic auth username password pass Basic auth password. I am not sure if it is safe to kill these abruptly. This lets us see a list of all processes being monitored, as well as take action on them (restarting, stopping, clearing logs and checking output). It's parent process is sh whose parent is sudo as mentioned in the above table. I have even tried sudo pkill -f with no luck.
syntaxdocker/dockerfile:1 FROM ubuntu:latest COPY myfirstprocess.
Python 16106 ubuntu 3u IPv4 74792 0t0 TCP localhost:3002 (LISTEN) pid <- max (system ('pgrep -x R', intern TRUE)) write (pid, '/var/run/myscript.pid') Then I've set up Monit with the lines: check process myscript with pidfile /var/run/myscript.pid start program '/usr/bin/R -vanilla < /home/me/myscript.R > /home/me/myscript.$ lsof -i :3002ĬOMMAND PID USER FD TYPE DEVICE SIZE/OFF NODE NAME
I have a python script which starts automatically with another process id using the same port when killed using sudo kill -9.
What if 'kill -9' does not work? or How to kill a script which starts new processes? doesn't help me in anyway.
